r4radio
‘r4radio’, a novel initiative of the Dept. of CSE, is an internet radio station from the Amal Jyothi college campus. But that’s not all; there is a lot more to it than meets the eye. It is the first internet radio from an engineering campus in Kerala. Being the pioneers in the state, ‘r4radio’ was implemented under the scheme of IEDC by National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The project is to build an independent internet radio broadcasting system which can broadcast multiple channels simultaneously. It acts as a media for developing the creative skills of the students of Amal Jyothi. Providing facilities for broadcasting third party radio channels at a reasonable rate is being done as a business part of the project. Listen to r4radio
