YES Malayalam short-film is a Valentine’s day short flick made by the students of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering which bagged about 100000plus views in 12 days. The video was in the trending list for the first 4 days after the release.





For 17-odd minutes we see how Ajith musters up courage to profess his love to his classmate, Nikita. How he reacts to her response shows the endearing aspect of young love, very different from the young men prepared to kill and die in the face of rejection. Though not preachy, the film sends home a positive message that a rejection is not the worst thing that can happen.
The movie is directed by Akhil Joseph(S8, Chemical Engineering),  scripted by Justin Mathew, Cinematography by Anandu G Krishna, Edited by Ajmal Sabu and Joel Johns owns the original background score and music.
The lead roles of the movie were played by Anwin Johnson (S8 Mechanical Engineering), Sushanth Ninan Koshy (S8 Civil Engineering), Nikhil Zack Chinganparambil ((S8 Mechanical Engineering),  Syam Muralikrishna (S8 Computer science) Veronice Piji(S2 Chemical Engineering). The poster were designed by Jerrin James (S6 Mechanical Engineering).
