Robotics Club is a group of students who enjoy developing robots, of both the mechanical variety and software based online chat bots. The growing members of this family receives mechanical, manufacturing, electronic and informative guidance. Students learn the basics of computer programming and engineering design. We create robots for educational purposes, to participate at national as well as international events. The goal of the Robotics Club will be to help and promote interest in different facets of robotics. The community will align the needs of robotics lovers and newcomers.
Schmitt Centre for Biomedical Instrumentation (SCBMI) -Biomedical Research CellThe objectives of biomedical research cell “Schmitt Centre for Biomedical Instrumentation (SCBMI) from the Department of EEE are as follows
- Basic training for students in Medical instruments
- Medical Image Processing for disease diagnosis using Matlab and Python
- Bio-Signal processing for disease diagnosis using Matlab and Python
- Initiate the design and development of novel simple medical equipment’s in association with students and faculty for the beneficiary of the society in collaboration with the expert’s physicians from Allopathy, Ayurveda and Homeopathy hospitals
Assistance will be rendered by medical professionals from reputed laboratories and engineers from biomedical instrumentation companies. The students who are interested in doing their academic projects or research will get support from SCBMI.
