All candidates allotted to Amal Jyothi must complete the data entry for Govt. admission, then upload your photo, signature and documents and submit. Already applied for the management quota at Amal Jyothi? You need not fill a new application.

How the admission works

Please read these guidelines for the KEAM 2026 Second Phase allotment before you report for admission.

All candidates allotted to Amal Jyothi are directed to fill in the Application (Govt. Allocation) for admission using the online data-entry portal.

Applicants who already applied at Amal Jyothi for the management quota need not fill a new application.

Upload your photo, signature and all other documents mentioned in the application, then submit it.

Fees can be paid at the extension counter of South Indian Bank using the challan generated after admission, or online at the time of admission. See the fee structure applicable based on your allotment.

Admission is confirmed only after submitting all original certificates and the full fees.

Ensure you keep enough copies of your certificates for your personal use.

Admission is done only on the dates in the Detailed Joining Schedule below, subject to verification of qualifying marks, category and KEAM 2026 score.

The whole admission process may take about 3 to 4 hours to complete.

Details on hostel admission, bus facilities, uniform and more will be available at the admission desk.

Please carry the following certificates and documents at the time of admission.

  • KEAM 2026 Allotment memo (Second Phase)
  • Copy of the fee receipt (post office / online)
  • 10th Standard certificate Original
  • 12th Standard mark list Original
  • KEAM 2026 Data Sheet
  • Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended
  • Transfer Certificate from the institution last attended
  • Migration Certificate (boards other than HSC/CBSE/ISC) Original
  • Community Performa & Certificate from parish priest, if admitted in community merit Original
  • Physical fitness certificate from a medical practitioner

Certificates marked Original must be submitted in original. Keep sufficient photocopies of every document for your own records.
