CNC programming and Operations

Manufacturing trend has made a quantum leap towards CNC (Computer Numerical Control) from conventional methods. Industry is in great need of professionals with thorough CNC Programming knowledge in India and Abroad. CTC a newly started state –of– the – art training centre, offers High End Training in CNC PROGRAMMING AND CNC MACHINING.

Course Overview

This course will make one familiar with the operating process, manual programming, computer assisted programming, tool & work setting and Product machining.

    Training Modules

    Level 1 – CNC Machine Operator

    • Understanding of all CNC machining operations
    • Introduction to the working of CNC control panel

    Level 2 – CNC Machine Setter

    • Machine settings / work-piece holding / tool holding
    • Tool offset / work offset.
    • Changing offset parameters on CNC control panel

    Level 3 – CNC Programmer

    • Basics Of CNC programming : G codes and M codes
    • Advanced programming techniques using:
      • Basic machining cycles
      • Advanced machining cycles
      • Canned cycles
      • Mirroring commands
      • Subroutines (Subprogram) and
      • How to reduce the machining cycle time

    Level 4 – APT programming

    • Basics of APT

    Duration

    Duration of the course is for10 days

    Qualification

    • Engineering students
    • Diploma/ITI certificate holder (or)
    • Plus two pass

    Course Fee

    Rupees three thousand five hundred (3500/-),
    payable wholely or in two equal installments.
