OBJECTIVE
Teachers are provided with a general training in skills such as leadership, communication and problem-solving to ensure they are well-equipped to take up their roles as mentors and career gurus. Possible areas of higher study, challenges in the present market economy, and opportunities to secure through add-on courses are discussed.
